Base Salary +: $200-$230,000 K
POSITION SUMMARY & PURPOSE
Our client’s organization is a high-growth leader in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) undergoing a transformative journey toward market commercialization. We are seeking six (6) Vice President of Operations, RCM ( Collections, Payment Posting, P2P, Quality & Training, SCA, and Utilization Review) to provide the strategic vision and operational leadership necessary to scale our RCM functions.
While currently specializing in Out-of-Network (OON) revenue cycles, they are rapidly expanding our footprint into In-Network (INN) and Medicaid sectors. This is a high-impact executive role designed for a "builder" who can refine our go-to-market strategy, leverage cutting-edge AI automation, and serve as a key architect of our global expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute high-level strategies to maximize recovery on outstanding debt and optimize revenue cycle efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices, implementing robust policies to minimize loss and ensure department fluidity.
Innovation & Technology: Champion the integration of AI and automation to build a best-in-class RCM platform that serves as a competitive differentiator.
Scalability: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams; refine client onboarding and integration processes to support a rapidly growing external client base.
Market Presence: Act as a primary executive face for the company, engaging with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to articulate our unique value proposition.
Cultural Stewardship: Foster a culture of extreme accountability, high performance, and continuous innovation.
EDUCATIONAL & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in operations management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role specifically within Healthcare RCM.
Domain Expertise: 5–7 years of deep experience in medical billing/collections, with a sophisticated understanding of Out-of-Network regulatory landscapes and payer behaviors.
Technical Savvy: Proven familiarity with RCM software and a strong interest in the application of AI/automation technologies.
Leadership: A track record of successfully scaling organizations and managing large, cross-functional teams through periods of rapid change.
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with high-stakes external partners and internal stakeholders.
