The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner and right-hand to the Executive Leadership team, responsible for streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring efficient decision-making across the organization. This role acts as a force multiplier for the executive team, helping translate vision into action by aligning priorities, managing cross-functional projects, and improving internal communication and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

Partner with the executive team to define and drive key strategic initiatives.

Monitor progress on strategic goals and ensure timely execution.

Conduct research, prepare briefings, and develop proposals to support decision-making.

Operational Oversight

Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

Lead special projects or high-priority initiatives as needed.

Internal Communications & Alignment

Ensure effective communication flows between leadership and teams.

Draft internal memos, updates, and strategic communications on behalf of the leadership team.

Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, board meetings, and off-sites.

Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insight, feedback, and operational support.

Represent the CEO and leadership team in meetings or discussions when needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, operations, or similar roles preferred.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.

Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

High emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity.

Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment preferred.

Strong analytical and project management capabilities.

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly as priorities evolve.
